Most items ship via USPS Priority Mail. UPS or FEDEX are sometimes used, although we use our discretion based on type of item being sent and the most efficient way for you to receive your product.
USPS Priority provides tracking information and is able to ship most items in 2 business days.
We ship out as soon as possible, and normally ship items the same day if the order is received by 3:30PM. Items are almost always sent within 24 hours of ordering.
We offer FREE shipping on all orders $49.95 and over, and charge a flat $4.95 for orders under $49.95, within the United States.
International orders are accepted on a case to case basis, and has to be weighed based on potential of fraud and reliability of your country's postal service.
In order for any item to be returnable for a refund, it must be new, unworn, undamaged, with originals tags still attached to item. Items that meet these criteria may be returned within 14 days of purchase, but must be arranged with us by calling (412) 421-5082 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
The purchaser is responsible to cover return shipping.
Items sent without authorization may not be processed for return.
Also items marked as sales are generally final sale items, but may be reviewed on a case by case basis.
